October 11'

This fall has been so much fun so far! I am so excited that its finally here and all the festivities can begin! I will begin with pictures since..they usually say more than I can....:0)

Brody loves him some alien olive fingers :)

Bennett and Miss Henley McIntyre :)

We occasionally are able to have over our friends..(yes we do have a few that put up with us :)
This particular night for whatever reason Brad and Ross were playing in Brody's room with the boys...Jill and I weren't complaining they were entertaining the 2 yr.old wild banchees!

:0) that boy..

I love this picture of Ross and Bennett..so sweet :)

Hayley & Owen- I am in awe of the similarities in Bennett and this little guy personality and chunky wise :0) another set of great friends that we love!
 VISITING THE PUMPKIN PATCH!

TRACTOR FAMILY PHOTO....We went to Linder Farms with the Evans as well to welcome in some Fall :0) Brody of course was the only one who really enjoyed the rides..we were all just a tad to big for them :)

Ready for the swings

Mom getting him all buckled in!

WEEEE!!

it was a little difficult to get a shot but dad did a great job!

:)

Andrew and Bennett as we awaited the hot fresh "Mini-Donuts" :)

How could you NOT love this little face! :)

Bennett=Momma's boy!

Having lots of fun! He can play solo all day and be very content has an amazing little imagination :)

....On to the petting zoo...eww..I just basically feel bad for these nasty animals they always look malnourished and just kind of gross..maybe its just me...but Brody LOVED it...he is such a little animal lover!

"That'll do donkey....that'll do :)"

Ok, I lied one of us enjoyed the rides besides Brody...Ross of course had to go with Brody..(I secretly think he really wanted to :)
Brody found this giant "Corn Box" and was enthralled with it!

Ross was boiling/cleaning his deer/bear skulls (disgusting..I KNOW)  outside and it was such a beautiful day so the boys sat outside and played peek-a-boo and mom made dinner :)

BOO!! -they are so happy and love to laugh at eachother I love listening to them giggle back and forth :0)

Brody is always right in the poor childs face saying something like "ya ya ya- yous a bigbig boy bennett! yaya!" or sticking his tounge out and making silly faces at him

And this boy just is so easy going he is content to be sitting around and watching the world! Who needs to crawl..or move around when you have such a cozy little tooshie to sit on...In fact this little man just started rolling over at about        7 1/2 months...like i said...CONTENT :)

Our friends Ryan and Kolbi Sorensen came into town that weekend, Ryan and Ross went overnight bear hunting and we were fortunate enough to "get" to take 6 children to the mall and as a treat Kolbi gave all the kids butterscotch suckers from See's candy and they loved them Bennett especially :)
 Family Home Evening
Pumpkin Carving

we did all the carving...
and these two cowboys did ALL the playing :0)

Finished Pumpkins :0) (one classic thing that cant be forgotten is Tracy taking pictures of them, telling the pumpkins.. "ok, 1..2...3 SAY CHEESE!!" yep she's blonde but we just love her anyways :)

HALLOWEEN TRUNK OR TREAT
BUZZ LIGHTYEAR AND (as Brody says..) Pizza Planet Alien

even though Brody isn't interested..I love Bennetts little face in this one :)

drove for 2 minutes and this is what happened...dang....why do naps happen at THE MOST inconvenient times?!?!?

"Pizza Planet" is sleeping!

But never fear Buzz "GIGHT-GEAR" is ready for action (speaking Brody again)

2 BUZZ's! Justin Kraupp was also Buzz and when they saw each other, their little faces just lit up in excitement! too cute!

Baylor Van Dyke, Tyce, Justin Kraupp and Brody

Ross was gone for the weekend hunting with his dad so "papa uh-wayne" *brody terms* helped out with the boys for the night!

Buzz and the NERDS :)

I love these little boogers!

Trunk or Treat is some hard work :0)

He would wake up every morning and want to wear this even though he sweat like crazy in it he was quite content to wear it at all times!

And so it begins

I am the type of person who feels terribly guilty about not taking enough pictures, saying i love you enough, giving enough hugs and kisses, writing down milestones..you get the picture..SOO here I am to begin something that will cure a few of those complexes that I have! BLOGGING! Well to start out today is October 26, 2011 and Brody is 2 years old..will be 3 in January, and Mr. Bennett is 7 months old and approaching 8 months on November 4th! I cant believe how quickly time is passing Ross and I by. We are so happy with life this year especially, last year we had a pretty big scare Ross being in the hospital for a ruptured appendix/abcess mess and lets just put it lightly...We are all so grateful that he is here today! :)
We have had a pretty easy going year, welcoming Bennett Reid into our family and his big brother just loves to love on him and kiss him and occasionally kick, poke to hard or smother.. but all in the name of 2 year old big brother love! Ross is still working in Parma for Champion Produce selling onions and loving his job :) He really enjoys the challenge that it brings and meeting a fellow hunter along the way.. imagine that. On the side at home he loves to find ways to be involved in the hunting industry. Lets just say he gets to try on lots of camo and just about every week we have something coming to our door...entitled HOWARD ROSS SEVY...(never me). I have a good story to go along with that, we had some friends in town and we were coming home from somewhere we get out of the car, Ross checks the mailbox..and I said to my friend Kolbi, "He gets stuff ALL the time..I rarely get anything" *whining of course* Then he pulls a manilla folder out of the mailbox with my name on it..I was kind of excited and so I opened it up and it had a sticky note attached, from one of my hair clients saying.."hey amber, just thought of ross when I saw this magazine..has all the regulations for hunting in Alaska, hope its helpful.."...yep I was a little disappointed to say the least..but everyone else just got a kick out of it..someday i will be cool like my husband :) On the other hand I have am working in a Salon in Homedale 3 days a week and loving it. I am hoping to open up a place of my own in my home soon. Time will tell, but I am so grateful to have wonderful clients and great help with my kids to make it possible!! The other 4 days I basically try to spend one day cleaning and the other 3 loving on my boys and trying to do a fun thing together here and there..even if that means Arctic Circle and their Playland :) I want to start sharing all this just mostly to have a journaling type thing because I feel like I should have Alzheimer's already, I forget things so easily and I figure if I write them down it just makes things a little easier, So i will probably write down things that people probably don't necessarily care about but I do, like my kids dr. appt visit updates or new milestones :) so just bear with me please!!
